History

Evangelist Willie A. Battles began spreading the word of God from the Williston High School Auditorium in April 2000, when he formed our ministry with Elect Lady Sharon D. Battles. Church membership increased as God empowered the Pastor in ministering His anointed work, and as our congregation spread His love through our outreach.

By March 2002, only two years after establishing a ministry in our community, we had opened a sanctuary of our own, then named Unity Temple of Deliverance Outreach Center, Inc.

In August of 2011, we changed our name to Unity Temple International Fellowship, Inc., as called from God, to continue our work in transforming a dying world into the image of Jesus Christ.

Today, we carry out that mission by providing as much support to our community as possible. Through programs that help families, the incarcerated, and anyone who may need it, we spread God’s love and help others find faith.
